LAMINATED GLASS
Produced by combining of glass with polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayer(s). When broken tends to keep splinters in place therefore minimizing the risks of injury caused by broken glass. Besides preventing injuries related to accident impact, Laminated glass can be used to protect the people and goods against external attacks with such tools as stone and atick. Laminated safety glasses prevent or slow down break in depending on thickness of PVB and glass and the extend of the attack. Provides noise control. UV radiation, which causes fabrics to fade, can be reduced up to 97% by using. Can be incorporated into insulating glass unit. Impact and manual attack resistance differs regarding not only to the thickness of the glass panes and PVB interlayers, but also the number of panes and PVB interlayers. Can apply thickness of 0.38 mm and multiplies until 1.52 mm
Acoustic Glass
Acoustic laminated glass is produced by combining two panels of glass and thickness of 0.76 or 1.14 mm with a sound absorbing (PVB) interlayer under heat and pressure. Noise control glass comprising acoustic laminated glass offers excellent sound insulation for places where there is high levels of noise and can reduce the noise 3-4 times. Can product the combinations to reduce the noise until 50 desibels.
Bulletproof Glass
Bulletproof and bulletresistance glasses are used for the security of life and places where attacks are concerned. Bulletproof and bulletresistance glasses or polycarbonate PVB layers are included in laminated combinaion. Tempered glass plates can be used as needed.
Fire Resistant Glass
These colorless and transparent glasses can protect during the fire, flames and smoke and prevent the transition of fire, flames and smoke the period of 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes. Preserves the transparency during the fire and can use inner and outer sides. Unaffected by UV.
