Edge Processing

Bevel
Usually made by taking thick glass and creating an angled surface cut (bevel) around the entire periphery. Bevels act as prisms in the sunlight creating an interesting color differaction which both highlights the glass work and provides spectrum of colors which would ordinary be absent in clear float glass.

Grind
Grinding process is the material removal proess and process on the structure and fracture strength of the glass panes.It named flat, C and profile grinding.

Surface Processing

Full Surface Print
This process is the printing process on the glass with desired RAL colors. Heating process is needed after the printing process to permeate the paint to the glass panes.

Patterned Print
This process is the printing process on the glass with desired molds. Heating process is needed after the printing process to permeate the paint to the glass panes.

Silk - Screen Print
Maximum: 2000x1500 Minimum: 400x800

Canalization
2 mm depth along the line surface on the glass, canalization is called.t

Penetration
Drilling process with countersink or without countersink for the glass panes.

Sandblasting
Sandblasting is the opacifying process for the glass panes.
